Gloria Vinson
Gloria Vinson has been in the Real Estate industry since 1997 in the Northeast Florida area. Her career in the industry began as a Licensed Community Association Manager. She later successfully obtained her Sales Associate License, a Residential Appraiser License, and Mortgage Broker License. She holds the Graduate of Real Estate Institute designation. Gloria started LANDCO Properties Inc. in 2005; offering her services for Residential and Commercial Real Estate. She is currently a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Community Association Manager, specializing in Property Management, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Rentals, and Homeowners and Condominium Association Management.
Charles Farhoud
Charlie is a seasoned real estate and property manager with over 16 years of experience in the industry. He’s serviced many people in the community to achieve the dream of home ownership and tenancy and has also assisted many residential and commercial real estate investors with their portfolio. With a charismatic approach, and willingness to go the extra mile for a customer, Charlie always makes himself available to assist a client in whatever way possible; even after a transaction has been closed. As a dedicated husband and father, Charlie is heavily involved in community outreach through local non-profit organizations in Northeast Florida that assist those in need.
